年糕方子 by Ming Yu

Ingredients:

1 bag glutinous rice flour

1 bag bean paste (就是红豆沙了)

1/4 lb butter (1 stick), softened

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 tes baking powder

some pecan and dry fruits (you can put anything you want)

about 2 1/2 cups water or milk

Directions:

1. Beat the egg with sugar, baking powder and softened butter

2. Mix flour with water, add this to 1, mix well

3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

4. Pour 2. (batter) into greased 9"x16" cake pan

5. Cut off one corner of bean paste bag, press one drop by one into 4 as random or you can do as you like.

6. Decorate pecan and dry fruits, just do as you like.

7. Bake 40-50 minutes or until light golden brown.

也可以买PIE皮, 这个量可以做俩个派, 带老美PARTY的话,这种形式比较容易让老美接受。
